"Update 1/22/26: Empty promises to improve with call backs, endless excuses from the customer service manager, multiple billing issues while they switch systems causing discounts to unlink and basically doubling my monthly premium, they put other unrelated people in our household that don't even belong. After being a customer for 8 years it's obvious they don't value customers anymore and have gotten too big to support what they have. Run, dont walk to a different agent or insurance company at this point I'll never do business with them again. I've given them plenty of chances to make things right and do better. Old Edit: both Sabrina and Christina have reached out which I appreciate and apologized/taken accountability for the lack of communication which is appreciated and promised that will improve. I've updated this review to reflect my experience prior to the issues mentioned below for now. 7/15/25 -2/5 stars I've been a customer since 2017, they always treated me well and were able to answer questions accurately or get an answer for me and get back to me. The last year or so has been the opposite, I've left messages and had people say that they'll call me back 4 separate times over that period and never hear back, usually takes 2-3 calls over a day just to get someone to answer. can't seem to get definitive objective answers to questions about my policy as well as i used to."

"Christina helped us switch over our homeowners policy. We discovered we had the wrong coverage with our other insurance company and were obviously very anxious to get it fixed. We also wanted to switch to a company that would be helpful and easy to work with. Thankfully we found Christina! She went the extra mile to answer all our multiple questions and concerns.
