"Just calling to get an insurance qoute and it was an absolute nightmare I couldn't get a hold of anyone and I finally called a different statefarm branch and I got what I needed and wanted right away. I have no clue what's wrong with this location and I talk to another branches about it and they said they've had heard nothing but bad things from Mike LeBarons branch.

Mike LeBaron is never there anyway, so if you ever need something from that branch, don’t expect it to get handled anytime soon. Honestly, the other State Farm branches already seem to know about him. You mention Mike LeBaron and they know exactly who you’re talking about. That should tell you something when other branches are already familiar with the complaints coming from this one.

Just went through and talked to another statefarm and they do have nothing but complaints here.

This place is extremely difficult to work with. They overcharge, refuse to cover things they should, and because of their negligence, I’ve lost my 2003 GMC Sierra.
They constantly say they’ll call you back, but they never do. It’s nothing but problem after problem, especially when dealing with Mike. He’s never there when you actually need help, and instead of taking responsibility and solving the situation, there always seems to be someone else to blame.
I’ve had enough. And honestly, my experience with State Farm has been by far the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting them with your vehicle or your money!"
